Shipping & Delivery
We ship via FEDEX Ground, FEDEX Home and UPS Ground inside the US.
Security Deposits
Your security deposit will be returned once we receive your old battery back. Once we receive your old battery, we will inspect it and test the electronic control board and sensors (if they are equipped). We are expecting a normal battery that has bad cells. Any other malfunctioning components other than the cells will be repaired and the cost deducted from the security deposit. If the battery is damaged in shipping, it is covered by insurance, but if it was damaged before it was shipped, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. The inspection and testing take about a day, so typically a security deposit is refunded two business days after the battery arrives. You must ship back the battery within thirty days of the day you receive your Amped-Up battery. After that, your deposit will not be refunded.
Returns are allowed within the first 30 days. There is a 15% restocking fee and the shipping/handling charges will not be refunded.  The batteries must be in original condition.
Your Amped-Up battery is covered by a 53 week warranty from the day you receive it. This gives you a week to install it and one full year of warranty coverage. Your warranty covers any failure of the cells, the housing and sensors and if you purchased a fully assembled battery, the electronic control board.
Warranty procedures
If your Amped-Up battery develops a problem, contact us. We will assist you in determining which portion of your battery, or your vehicle is having a problem. If the electronic control board develops a problem (like a blown fuse or a relay problem), we can send out replacement parts for your mechanic to install to quickly get you back on the road (if you wish). If there is a problem inside the main housing, the battery will need to be returned to us. We will repair it and send it back out to you.
